Moulding

Moulding in foundry creates precise green sand molds by compacting high-quality sand around patterns. This ensures accuracy, consistency, and optimal strength, surface finish, and dimensional precision in the final castings. The process includes pattern making, molding, hardening, and finishing to deliver high-quality, reliable castings.

Melting

Melting

Melting is all about heating raw materials in induction or cupola furnaces to gain the right molten metal composition. We set the temperature carefully and control it to ensure proper fluidity and metallurgical properties. Once ready, the molten metal is poured into prepared molds with precision. Through this step we ensure desired strength, durability and quality of final casting.

 

 

Fettling

Testing

Testing is the cleaning and finishing process that removes excess material from castings, including gates, runners, and risers. It involves surface finishing to achieve the required shape and texture, removing rough edges, sand residues, and imperfections. This step improves the appearance, function, and performance of the casting, making it suitable for further use or assembly in various applications, ensuring high quality and precision.
